Introduction

The purpose of this page is to show another usage of the "Dynamic Data Layer" technology of GoogleEarth.

Once the link is loaded, it sends a request for the available train stations within your current screen rectangle after the screen was stopped.

According to the zoom level, minor stations are suppressed to avoid an amassement, because there are all (over 700) railway stations.

Switzerland has more train stations, but they belong to private enterprises.

Technical details

• realized with C# and asp.net (2.0) accessing an MS Access database
• The delay time of the GoogleEarth Networklink is set to 1 second after stop
